    Hi, miri,
I am not a Doctor, nor a Professional in this area.
You really, REALLY, need to see a Doctor, maybe a specialist in Cardiology or something associated with the heart.
PLEASE see a Doctor, maybe a family Doctor, and if needed, he/she should refer you to a specialist.
An EKG is usually the first diagnostic testing done, and that would be up to your Doctor.
    Best of luck.

    Definitely see a doctor NOW!!

Those were the subtle signs of a future heart attack that my dad ignored and paid for...

If you have family don't do this to them... go see a doctor NOW!

Yes, you must see your doctor. Many heart attacks are called "silent" because they are not as painful as people expect.

A heart attack is not necessarily excruciatinly painful. Many people have them without really knowing that is what is happening. So this may be a possibility for you. You should see your doctor or a cardiologist for an EKG as well as a serum blood test which is a test that will tell if you actually did have an attack.

Also, you should always consult your physician before beginning a serious workout regimine.
