    lwilk - There are seven ( 7 0 different reasons this is happing ; #1- Clogged lint screen;; #2- Faulty thermostat ;; #3- defective timer ;; #4- Faulty overheat protector ;; #5 - Defective heatingelement;;
    #6- Defective Centrifugal switch ;; #7- do have power from receptical ;; NOTE - a dryer works on 220 which is on a double breaker or two screw in fuses ;; Now the dryer has some things that still work but you only have 110 comeing in to the dryer ; one side of breaker is bad or you have one blown fuse the heating element on the dryer is 220 volts , so this is one other yhing to check ;; To check the other things I wrote you will need a VOLT _OHM METER > CAPABLE OF Using ON 220
    Volts , If you plan on doing this yourself post back or go a few pages back and you will find where I have posted the way to check all these items ; ;LOOK under ( DRYER RUNS BUT Don't DRY OR Don't HEAT ;; Good luck
    And GOD BLESS < PS -STAY SAFE AND DISCONNEECT POWER TO THE DRYER BEFORE WORKING ON IT ;;; F.B.E.
