Hey guys, I noticed a small bump on my penis shaft that sometimes appears after an erection or masturbation. It doesn't hurt or itch and tends to just last no more than an hour and goes away. I thought it was a cyst but since it goes away I am ruling that out. Maybe an allergic reaction? Or overflow of blood the vein? Anyone else have this problem or has a clue what this is? Thanks

How old are you? Where on shaft is this bump and what is its size when it does appear?

Haven't experienced this. You might check http://www.webmd.com. For me, taking medical advice over the internet is a dicey proposition - I'd have it checked out by a Dr.

I'm 25yrs old, right after it gets erect sometimes not always that the bump appears. Its on the upper right side of the shaft. I did notice that under the bump I do get red inflammation below it. I did put some anti-fungal cream on it because I thought maybe it was jock itch and it seemed to work for the inflammtion but not the bump. The bump goes away on and off probably takes less than 30 minutes and its gone. :confused:

Quit rubbin on it so much!
