    EMS tax refund form
    Hello! I'm new to this board and was wondering if anyone could direct me as to where I can find the proper form to give to employees to have their EMS tax refunded to them?

    You did not say where you are located. EMS tax as city tax is the only kind of EMS I am aware of. If this is not correct than please let me know in which locality you are and what the EMS stands for.

    I do know that in Montgomery the EMS is city tax and here is the form location to file.
