    SpreadSheet Printing
    I am using Excel 2007
I have number of Items in my dropdown list and I need to take a print out of every item from the list.

Is there any way to give just one print command and the entire list gets printed one by one instead of selecting each item separately and giving a print command.

I presume your dropdown list is in a hidden column? Just unhide that. Would that be OK?

Assuming the dropdown list is created the same in Excel 2003, it exists somewhere in your workbook. In the menu bar, go to "Data" then "Validation...". Click on the "Settings" tab. In the "Source" box you will see something like "=$h$4:$h$17". This is where the dropdown list is located. Go to that cell range and highlight those cells. Then go to "File", "Print" and in the "Print what" section, click the "Selection" radio button.

You will need a macro if you want to provide a user friendly method for printing this information.

I hope I have understood your problem correctly. Note that Excel 2007 may have slight variations to the above.
