I was given 3 months probation on a misdominor for underage alcohol, but its been 6 months and I'm still on probation I haven't done anything else since I got on shouldn't I be off?

Yes, it would seem that you should be off probation by now. Have you spoken with your probation officer about this?

Take out your original sentencing paperwork and look at that very carefully about the length of your probation and any court ordered fines, etc. If you have completed your probation and paid your fines (if any) then I definitely would approach your PO with this fact and ask why you are still on probation.
