    Hi, adonimaveaz!

In order for those who do come along to address your question, it would help if you would let us know how old you are and where you are located, please?

If you're at a certain age and also meet certain qualifying criteria, then it's possible that you might be able to receive the disability income, if it's concerning social security.

    Thanks!

No, you cannot do this. More than likely if your mother is dead, the government should be informed of her death and her benefits checks or deposits should cease coming. If you were to collect her check should she somehow "slip through the cracks" in the system, then for each check or deposit of your mothers you keep is considered one criminal count. You could land in jail for illegally keeping mom's disability benefits.
