    Menstrual pain
My sister in law always suffer from this each month. She looks kind of pale. Are there any home remedies or suggestion that I can give to her? She is a 30 years old woman, still not having child even they have been married about 2,5 years. I know this problem from my mom, cause she never told me about this problem.. Thanks for any answer, that would be a great help.

Menstrual pain as in cramps from her period?

    Is that what you mean?

I've never taken any medications for pms or menstrual symptoms... but I hear midol works pretty well.

She would need to see a specialist about that.
Some women have bad symptoms during their menstration... but can still carry a child.

That is why she will have to be checked out. All women are different.

I took a "human sexuality" class in University, and it was mentioned that masturbation can ease menstrual pain, as well as exercise. For me personally I find that heating pads, or hot water bottles help tremendously! I find that it is far more painful or at least much more uncomfortable if I get cold!

She needs to see an OBGYN. He can test her.
    She may suffer from endometriosis.

You asked for home remedy. Nature Sunshine sells something call Valerian. Good for pain and has been name in "alternative medicine" books.
