Dear all,

I got a building violation stating I need drainage system, due to my front yard has more than 200 square feet. And will find me US$2,500.00 Please help me toget legle advice, most of lawyers are not practice such case. All the street and block built the same modal like my house/yard. No one get one violation. Please help.

It may be cheaper to just put in a dainage system then hire an attorney and fight it.

You will need an attorney that does civil law, dealing with zoning, check with the bar association, my guess expect to start with a retianer of about 5000 and then still not win.

It really does not matter what they did or did not do to others, if you violated the rule. Have you recently did modifications or just buid ?
