I got in to a car wreck in April of 2005,I am in pain still due to the wreck. Can I still go after the person who hit my car.

You need to see a personal injury attorney and consult with them about your injuries and your car damages. It might be too late for you to do this under the statute of limitations for your state. Make an appointment with an attorney and find out your rights. Why didn't you seek an attorney right after the accident?

You may be out of statute - what State?

Also was there already a claim, did you settle in full with them before this ?
What type of injury, was this injury reported and treated orgianlly, the trouble with claims done so far gone is to prove that the accident caused this. Not something else that may have happened more recently.
