    Can someone who was deported from the usa reapply to reenter the usa. All of his family members a usa citizens.

    If you are FORMALLY DEPORTED you can never return, family or no family.

    If you were aided by a non-citizen, that person can also be deported - but that seldom happens.

    It depends on what grounds you were deported...

    If you're deported because you committed crimes, the answer is NO.

    If you're deported because you're out of status (visa expired), no other crimes, you may be able to file an appeal.. it's a difficult, long, costly process. Most of all, you'll need immigration attorney highly experienced in family visas.
