Which states still allow smoking in bars or taverns, or even restaurants?

In Nebraska, most of the small towns still allow smoking, forget about most places in the larger cities like Omaha and Lincoln.

The keno bars were allowed one year in Omaha, but after July 09, we won't be able to smoke there either.

Forget about Iowa, except for the casinos, there is no smoking in any public building.

In Pittsburgh Pa they are still fighting this
They modified it since they realized it would effect the casino business they are trying to build.
Right now, at this time, you are allowed to smoke in bars as long as they do not serve food.
