I have a surgery in 2 days, my mother was able to get a visitor visa to US, 10 year visa in emergency but she got sick herself and cannot travel, will her visa be cancelled if she has not travelled.

If you already have the visa but unable to travel, no problem. Since it's multiple entry 10 years, you can go anytime.
