Generally if a drain is gurggling it is a problem with venting. Either the sewer vents were not installed properly or there is a clog somewhere in the system. First clean out the system of any clogs and then check the sewer vents which usually come out the roof of your house or apartment. Vents need to be open. There are ways to put vents into the system after construction but sometimes it can be a little expensive.
