I would need to know more about what you are trying to get rid of and why you think it is paranormal

I know because I see and feel. It is a deman and he is so strung its hard for me not to show I am scared. They thrive on that.

You ask an insightful question. If you throw something away, where is "away"? If you drive out the evil spirit, are you driving it into someone else's life?

Whenever you do spiritual work, do it with the intention of acting "in the highest good of all." That way, you are helping yourself by getting rid of a being that you find has incompatible energy with yourself (a better way to language it than calling it "evil"--watch out for that; people like Bush throw that word around too easily). But you are also helping the spirit be in the place it needs to be in the Universe.

Or stop and question the presumption whether you and the spirit really do have incompatible energy. Maybe you have a lot of common ground, a lot to offer each other, if you were both willing to sit down and learn about each other.
