I have a kenmore Elite model dishwasher and the Lock On light is flashing. I have attempted to press the No Heat Dry / Lock Off button to turn off the Lock On feature (in accordance with the owners manual) but nothing happens. The only button on the control panel that works is the Drain / Cancel button. I cannot start a load of dishes. Please help.

I am no expert when it comes to dishwashers but I would suggest the possibility that if it is like most things in this day and age that killing the power to it for a short time my reset it.
However I would not do this if anyone knows something to the contrary.
