I got Stamped my h1b last year Oct 2007, I came to USA on April 2008 by company A, till the date I'm not in project, my employer did not paying for me, now I got a job offer from another company B , so I want to transfer my h1B, I need a pay stub from company A, he accepted to run the paystub for 2 months oct 2008 and nov 2008(I'm paying the tax), company B ready to transfer on jan 2009.

My question is
1. is last 2 paystub is enough for h1 transfer, even I don't have for previous months like (april '08 - sep '08)
2. can apply for transfer by jan 2009 with this 2 paystub(oct '08 and nov '08)?

This is not right... when you come to US on H-1B, it means you have a job waiting for you and you must start immediately NOT seeking projects.

If you come from India, and your employer is US company own by Indians, you'd better discuss this issue with immigration attorney. This is absolutely wrong...
