Childsupport paying father moved out of state
My child father moved out of state but I just started getting childsupport taken out of his check. Now what do I do? I don't even have a new address or anything. So how do I get him back in court?

You find him, sorry to sound silly but that is all you can do, you turn it over to child support enforcement of your state with all the info you have.

If he dosen't pay for a few weekds then as said above you turn it over for enforcement. You petition the judge to enforce the support if you have trouble finding him you can always hire a private investigator to try to find him.

What state is this ? In many states there are already programs in place for child support collection. You won't even need a lawyer they will do it for you and they have the advantage of a workforce national database. If he works anywhere in the US and gives his correct SSN then he can be found. This is a national registry.
