Buy a paste paint removing gel at a home store pr hardware store. My personal preference is one of the new eco friendly green paint removers. Power wash after its done its work.

Hi I recently had a concrete front 4x12 addition poured and I didn't wait for it to cure I guess and now the paint is peeling off in places. I need to remove it all. What's the best way to do that? It's a porch paint from Lowe's. It has stayed on the original porch but it's covered. Not sure what happened to it.
