Where does one find the maker of dolls when you can't decipher the signature on the backs of the dolls? Each doll is 19" tall, they are ladies, not children, and an engraved signature looks sort of like Katherine Slier and there's a copyright symbol 1998 and 1999respectively, and written looks like with a sharpie what may be B264. I'd love to find more of these dolls but can't find out how to search for them. Anyone know a site to find my info? Thanks, faith

From under the bust to the knees is a stuffed cloth feel; the rest is lovely porcelain. One has C.1999 and the other C.1998. Each has a handwritten number like B264 and B136. The signature of the designers are similar but I can't be positive are the same person. The larger doll's signature looks sort of like Patricia Love / Patou Lowe?? They have glass eyes and real eyelashes. I have just given up finding anything on the internet. Hope you can help, and I thank you now for your efforts! Faitheroo
