    Comfortmaker Heating/Aircond furnace leaking water
    We have a comfortmaker unit only 2years old. Water is leaking every time the fan comes on. Called tech in and he cannot find out where it is coming from. Checked all hoses this is puzzing. Any ideas. Thanks.:confused:

    Id this water problem in the heat mode or when the A/C is running and where is the water coming from? Top bottom middle?

    The problem is in the heat mode. The water is in the bottom. But you cannot see it dripping
    When you have the cover off. The water comes out on the cement floor toward the

    Sounds like you have a internal leak in the condensing area of the furnace OR the rubber drain line is snotted up with a goo that can only be described as "snot". Put your shop vac on the end of the hose and suck the stuff out and see if that helps.

    The last cure is much easier than trying to find a internal leak but it needs to be found and fixed.
