LOL.. well what are you waiting for. The worst they can say is they only "see you as friend". Nothing gained, nothing lost.

Do it! You got nothing to lose man. If he/she doesn't feel the same way, then at least you know. Don't be afraid to ask, as you may regret it later on in life.
