I just bought a 94 dodge caravan in July, and since it started to get colder out, it won't move into gear until I warm it up about 20 minutes or so.
I guess the transmission is going.

Would suggest you change the tranny oil and see if that makes any difference. It should.

I have worked on vans dodges have the torqe converter checked it my have a leak it happened in my buddys truck
