    Is social security lienproof
I have a lien on my property. Can lienholder legally attach my checking account? Are not social security recipients lienproof?

If the question is are you totally lienproof by virtue of SS the answer is no. The only thing that is lienproof is your actual SS income. If it becomes co-mingled with other monies in a bank account it loses that status.

SS can be seized for certain debts, basically support obligations and some student loans.

    Is that your question?
