    Terminating guardianship
    If my mother has guardianship of my 14 year old daughter and I have a stable home and job how can I terminate the guardianship can my mother just give me the custody back.

    If she has legal guardianship (through the Court) you have to apply to get custody back. If it's informal arrangement your daughter can simply move back with you.

    If your mother has legal guardianship she would need to sign any school documents, medical documents, etc. and it is better to get this settled legally rather than just make an informal change.
