Is there a time limit to appeal a plea agreement in South Carolina, If so how long is it.

It actually was not explained to me, nor was I offered a public attorney

What was the crime you need to appeal. Why didn't you ASK for a public defender? Or were you denied? What type of court was the conviction heard in?

I Had seven Xanax tablets in my pocket with out a prescription thet charged me with intent to distribute dropped it to possession and gave me 10 days trash pickup but never offered me PTI or told me I had time get A public defender just that if it went to trial II could get 3 years.
