Any Stay-At-Home Mom diets?
I've been a stay at home mom for going on 10 months now, and I've managed to put on that much weight, on top of my leftover pregnancy weight. Any ideas how I can work on my weight loss and management while being at home all day and no more then twenty feet from the fridge? Feeding my toddler little snacks and tasty treats is hard. I either end up eating what she eats or not eating at all! I cannot afford a gym membership right now or I'd gladly drop my little bug off at the gym daycare and get a nightly workout.. but, can't!
Any advice?:)
