    Marriage between felons
Can two felons get married if both are on parole when they get out of prison?

No you cannot. Its violation of your parole if your associating with known criminals.

Not until both of you are off probation or parole. Otherwise it would be an instant violation of your probation or parole. Also, should they find out that you two are living together they may decide to violate you both for this infraction of the rules.

    Hi, Jasmine1976!

It would depend on the conditions of their parole and the laws where they're located. So, it would help to know about those two things.

If there's anything in either of the person's parole conditions stating that they can't be associating with other felons while on parole, then they can't get married or even hang out with each other.

    Thanks!

Well the problem is they can't date to get a relationship to lead to marriage.

But the parole / probation officer that is in charge of each of them will have to give their permission.
