    Can two felons marry (male and female) once they are both out of prison? Is this legal?

    Hello Jasmine:

    Sure it's legal. Why would you think it isn't? The only thing felons can't do is own a gun or vote.

    If there is no ( No contact order) and both of the Parole officers are OK 2 felons can get married as long as they have approval even on parole or probation !
