I just bought a home... wso I don't know the history of the system... the blower never shuts off on my forced hot air system even after the heater has shut off long ago and the blower will continue to pump cool air into the room. I have never had this kind of system before. Is there a way to reset the system? Is this a common problem? Is this a major fix? Thanks for your time -Mike

It's a common problem. Could be expensive or cheap depending on the model furnace. Just make sure the thermostat FAN is set to AUTO rather than ON.
