    Healthy diet for abs
I have been getting pretty good gains as far as gaining larger muscles, but my problem is my stomach area is still really large.I include side oblique crunches in workout 3-4 times a week completing about 200-300 per workout.I need a better diet that goes along with attempting to gain massive muscles.

Bodybuilders have a saying "Abs for built in the kitchen, not the gym." Endless crunches will do nothing to give you a six-pack, you already have one, but it's hidden under the fat.

Tummy fat is usually a sign that you are eating too much refined carbs. Cut out all sugar and all white carbs, and replace with protein fat and green veg.
