    Missing snmaster.idx file when opening AOL 9.0 what do I do?

    Uninstall AOL and then to program files folder and delete anything related to AOL and then run a registry cleaner/optimizer, it youi do not have one on hand

    ccleaner (Freeware)
    Download CCleaner 2.13.720 - FileHippo.com
    On the right hand side, click download latest version

    So, uninstall, remove folders, run ccleaner, reinstall AOL
