How to Resume after Termination. Suggest
    Dear Sir,

I was working for a top-most Software Company AND I have worked there for 3+ years.
Last tuesday(11-11-2008), I have called for a Background verification discussion,
In which I was screwed up by panels of HR ppls, stating that "your previous Concern
was blacklisted and they orally stated that they have several proof records to prove
that, asking me for a Confession letter, failing so, this case will be handed over
to NASSCOM, and it was threatended that i will not get job throughout my life time"..
I was argued at my level best but at last I was cornered and I gave the written
Statement without knowing the severity of that. On the spot, my access Id and my mail
Access was deprived. Yes I produced a fake certificate while joining this concern
To get survive in this IT market to fill up the un-fruitful gaps, I came to this
Decision only after striving hard for a year and faced several adverse circumstances.
But honestly speaking I equipped myself to coup-up the relevant experience I showed,
Becoz of that only I got placed in such a big software concern. I was recruited for a
    Low-level salary only.

After induction I was straight away assigned with some project, successful completion of that, after 2 months I was moved to very critical project where I proved a lot to meet the promised quality and schedule of that concern to client. Then after 3 months I was pushed to client place which itself is a Telecom leader product-based concern. So I was there for more than 2.5 years. At none of the stages I was identified as "fake candidiate".. I proved myself at all stages. So I was a Billable resource for all the 3+ years with that concern, no
Break or no jerk in the billability so far right from my induction till exit.No negative
Remarks from clients was raised as long as with that concern for these 3+ Years. No violation of concern's integrity in client's place for these 3+ Years.Flawless accomplishments for these 3+ Years with that concern was recorded.Even got identified by that concern and honored with 2 awards like
    a. "Feather in Cap" award.
    b. "Telecom High Fly Award" for outstanding Performance.
Also the verification call to previous concern at several stages like at entry, when internal project change and during the tenure and ultimately when sent to client place where it was again verified by client was cleared for the past 3+ Years.

At this time of recession, I was terminated from that concern after successful service of 3+
Years on 11-11-2008 with the reason of "Found fradulent in previous concern experience" with no relieving letter.

My concern is, I have been utilized by that concern for these 3+ years and now as the market is getting degraded, they thrown me out without any docs is not getting digested by me still. If left out, I would have been a billable resource still. Now even after 5 long days, I would't able to find a way to resume my IT career. As far as I approached till, everyone is focusing on relieving letter to get an entry... guide me how to proceed after this to get a job in IT in current market scenario. For you kind info I am a physically challenged - Post polio paralysis of right lower limb.

    Awaiting for your fruitful response.

    Thanks
    Ravikumar

The way I read this you lied when you were initially hired. You have now been found out and that's grounds for dismissal. As far as their threats, well, that seems over the line.

But they hired you believing you had certain qualifications which you did not actually have and your termination goes back to that issue.

This is a somewhat frequent question on the legal boards, by the way. As often as people are told not to falsify background info, hide arrest records, they do it anyway and very often at some point in time "this" happens to them.

I'm not clear as to what your question is. Are you asking whehter you should falsify your resume? If so, didn't you learn?

Most companies will only verify employment when another employer checks. I don't know if yours will mention the reason for dismissal.

Hmm - I agree. I'm not sure what the question is, whether it's about the termination or finding new employment - ?

    Hi

Thanks for your time.. actually my question is "How to get the next job .. without having the
relieving letter of my previous employer"... will that be acceptable by new employer... if
New employer contacts my previous employer... he could say by cross-checking his database that he is a fradulant who showed me fake experience 3+ yrs back... so to overcome this what could be the best possible way or reason to get an entry into
New employer... as I got the real experience from branded employer for 3+ yrs... hereafter I am going to project only my actual experience... but unfortunately my previous employer would not give a good remarks becoz of that reason... suggest

    Thanks

Check with your former employer to see whether they will be providing any info other than to verify dates.
