    1. What is a good supplament with creatine & whey?
    2. When using creatine is cycling helpful?
    3. How much creatine should be taken per day and when should it be taken?

Whey and creatine together are a good supplement, all you need to add is a small amount of dextrose/glucose.

    Yes, cycling creatine is useful.

The amount depends on what you are doing. Keep the dose under 5g per day, and ideally split it pre- and post-workout. If you are not lifting weights intensely or doing extreme exercise, you can probably get benefit from a lower dose.

Regular Creatine is a waste. Only 1-2% gets absorbed in the blood because most gets destroyed in the stomach.

Try using something like Kre-Alkalyn. You'll see immediate results.

Depends on the person. Some people (including most women) get good results from creatine monohydrate. If it works for you, no need to spend the money on Kre-Alkalyn.
