I have a kenmore 70 series washing machine and the machine will wash but will not rinse nor will it spin is it the timer?

Paptor - YES I WOULD SAY THAT IT IS THE TIMER> THEY are not fixable and you will have to get a new one and replace it . Its not a hard job to do yourself just draw a picyure of the wireing so you can put it back right , OH -Dont for get to unplug the power cord .
