Why does the Furnace fan shut on and off every 2 minuts I installed a new thermostat and it still does the same

2 posts w/ the same question and still no real information.

Hint! The thermostat probably never had anything to do with the problem to start with and that is why it did not make a difference.

Please elaborate on the problem.
