Hi, I'm katie aged 15 and I am incontinent (for the time being, it may get better) but the dr. said its just a growth and deveolpment phase and that I will grow but its embarrassing as anything when I either wake up and I am soaked or out of the blue I start wetting my pants I wear a larger size of pull-ups, should I continue wearing them or do something else (dont bother saying medication, I'm allergic to most of that kind of medicine) all answers are apperciated :-)
