Definitely maybe. Drive letters are configured, while logged in as an Administrator, via Start > Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Computer Management > Storage > Disk Management, then right-click a partition and choose "Change Drive Letter and Paths...". The system partition actually being booted from is noted in Disk Management too. The hidden BOOT.INI file in the root of the drive(s) can also be viewed to see which Windows installation gets loaded.
