I met her at a club and we had a good time we danced till the club ended after that I offered her and her friends a ride home I got her number and we said good night to each other.

OK what day should I text her or call her to make another date for this coming weekend I was thinking about doing it on Wednesday just so that I don't look too interested

Wednesday would probably be a good day to call her. It's in the middle of the week and still gives both of you some time to plan and prepare for what you'd like to do. I wouldn't text her about asking her out though. If she hears your voice and you hers, it will be so much more real, honest and better!

Yes Wed sounds good to me also, Depending on ages and other factors, about Wed is where many people start plannng their weekend.

Now for some professionals, they may actually plan a week or two in advance, I know for example my entire weekend was planned before the previous weekend was even over.
Also remember you are getting closer to the holiday season, so there are more plans going on for many people.
