I have a 12hp mtd mower that has some electrical problems.
I replaced the ignition switch, solenoid, and battery, plug.
When I turn the key nothing happens.
There is power going into one side of the solenoid but not the other.
Nothing eilse seems to get power beyond the solenoid.
Starter is good
But no spark?
Man, I need some serious help!!

Hi,
Check for a fuse? The wiring harness does not require a lot of power but must have a little that gets to the switch. It can go through the safety switches before or after the switch to reach the trigger on the solenoid.
Not clear about the spark part as that is ignition anda different circuit controlled by the switch.
