Please give me a one information.I have j-1 visa... if I will leave my internship... n if I get a new job in other hotel.. then my status is legal or illegal..? if I have no contract with hotel.. may be I have contract with my recruiting company... I am not sure...

If my memory doesn't betray me, you have 2 years rule with your current J-1. If this is correct, you cannot file an extension or change of status, etc. Nothing...

You need to file a J-1 waiver first...

If you are J-1 intern or researcher or any exchanged program, you cannot change visa sponsor... simply means you have to work with them until completion of the contract or you resign and leave US in 10 days.
