    Hai to all,

    Recently I heard some news about power of attorney rule in KARNATAKA - INDIA, like power of attorney which were filed after 2005(date not sure) will not be valid for some reasons, is that news is true? please explain briefly .

    From what I can tell this involved one specific case and did not change the law.
