I was charged with a dui and was fingerprinted had blood drawn, but never signed anything for my charges for the accident that I was involved in or the dui of .08 or more. Will this hold up in court?

If you were charged, had blood drawn (prove your alcohol content) it doesn't matter what you signed they have your driver's license #. You are still charged and it will hold up in court.
This has nothing to do with the validity of the charges, Often a ticket is left with the drunk who is too drunk to sign or refuses to sign.
Same as with a traffic ticket if you refuse to sign, officer merely notes you refused to sign but it is still valid.
Not signing the ticket is NOT a valid defense and will not hold up. You're charged by the officer. The ticket is just a "follow up" essentially.
