    Normal or Bad?
I do a lot of weird things and when I read online they all say that they are anxiety caused or whatever. Some things I do are bite my nails, bite my cuticles, I have to have gum all the time, I sort of pull my hair out, I pull on my eyebrows and eylashes. I feel like I have anxiety attacks. I have a lot of stress in my life, but what teenager doesn't? Is doing all this stuff bad or is it just normal for a teenager to do?

I don't think those things are bad persay. Most ordinary people do one or two of the above things. If you are feeling extremely stressed as a teen that's pretty normal. Life is stressfull. If these things get out of hand or you are causing yourself harm then they become a problem. Also some of these things might just be habits. It's important though later in life to limit one's stress so my advice would be to try to take out some of the unneeded stress in your life. Watch what happens with the above things. If you aren't doing them as often then it's probably because of the stress if you are then it's probably just habits you've picked up over the years. Otherwise I wouldn't be too terribly worried about it.

It is bad if you don't learn how to redirect your anxiety and deal with things. If you keep up your habits they can end up being the cause of people not wanting to hire you or a guy you might be interested in not be interested in you.
Sounds like you could have an obsessive compulsive disorder.
Pulling your hair out is called Trichotillomania disorder. http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/tri...omania/DS00895

It's not normal to pull hair of any kind out FREQUENTLY. We all sometimes run our fingers through our hair to take out any strays, or may pull on eyelashes gently for loose ones. If you are to the point where you do it constantly, or it brings you a lot of relief, then it is not normal and you should see someone.

Take a look at those and also:

It might help you to see a counselor about these things, to help relieve your anxiety in any case.
