My fiancé found out in May he owes the IRS for 2006 lik $11,000.He found out in June he has stage 4 stomach cancer and he get $637 a month in ssi but in jan2009 he will get his disibility.Can they garnish his disibility check? What can he do to stop that from happening.His health is so bad...
