Does the government offer Small Business Loans to convicted Felons and where do I get info on it

There are not the 1000's of grants business out there like you may think, For some it is merly tax advantages for some area, you may get a building supplied if you provide a number of jobs. If you are putting something into a very depressed area.

But you look for any grant and see what the requirements are.
