    You can't in California and probably everwhere else unless there's someone out there willing to adopt.

    If it is your kid you can't if you are in the U.S. at least. Are you the legal father? If you aren't on the because then the judge will first order a DNA test then after that comes back you will either be free and clear (negative) or you will be ordered to pay support and you can request visitation (positive).

    You can't, and even if you did sign over your rights ( which is not normally ever done) but if you did, you would stlll owe child support.

    If they have a new partner ready to adopt, then you can sign over the rights.

    But basically first you can't just give up your rights and even if you did, you would still owe the support.
