    As a rule what breaks in a closet flange are the slots. They make repair kits for that,(see image) Pick up a set at your local big box store. Good luck, Tom

    The plastic floor which also is the shower tray has cracked and is leaking water down on to wood underneath

    Replace the pan. They flex a bit too much for cementing back together.
