How do I move and replace a fuse box
I want to replace my old fuse box with a new trip switch type. It is on the wall approx 1.4m off the ground. I want to move it down approx 1.2m.

    Regards

Your question is quite vague. Are you looking at doing this yourself? Do you have any experience working on electrical?
Are you in the US or Canada? I see you wrote your height in meters.

I am a engineer & have an understanding of electrics. I just want to move it down into a cupboard where it can't be seen,

Well then I'll bow out as I have zero knowledge of European Systems other than your hot and neutral are brown and blue.

In the US you would NOT be allowed to put a panel in a cupboard.

Thanks friend, hope life is well in the USA ? Have you any banks left ? We are losing them fast over here. Gerafi

Yeah, just like when gas was $4.40/gal, I knew we were not alone in this mess.
