Hello I have a question I have a 2 month old baby and in his father is in venezuela he couldn't sign the birth certificate but I still put his father's last name... now my son birth certificate appears with his fathers last name and there's no information about the father. So my son and I have different lasts names. I was able to get his passport but I am traveling next month to venezuela and I would like to know if I will have a problem taking the baby out the us and what documentation I need... and would the father need to send me a notarized letter??
